What we collect

• Form messages only. When you use a form (contact, claim a listing, list your business), what you type is sent through Web3Forms, a form service, and arrives in our email inbox. We keep it there.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It counts visits, pages and approximate country.
• No advertising cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we may use it (legal basis)

• Form messages: your consent, which you give with the tick box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
• Visit statistics: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful, using a cookieless tool.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Who else handles it

Web3Forms (to deliver form messages), our email provider, Cloudflare (visit statistics) and our web host Netlify. Some of these are outside Australia and the European Union.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU) and the Australian Privacy Act, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email info@australianhomekits.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (France) or the OAIC (Australia).

Builders' business data

Builder listings use business information from each builder's public website (such as prices, delivery areas, build times and ABN). Builders can ask us to correct or remove it at any time through the claim form or by email.
